Valerian is average height at 5'6, with a long bushy fox tail and ears, and possesses wings upon his back. His eye color changes with the setting and rising of the sun. During the day, his eyes are a yellowish orange. If someone stares into them, they might get the afterimage of sunspots in their vision. During the evening, though, it sets to a violet hue. Little specks of light surround him at all times, and when he uses his blessings, a little sun-light crown appears above his head.
His natural body temperature runs warm and he is attracted to heat himself. In addition to this, he is a little weak to headpets.

Limelight AU
Valerian comes from extremely old money. His family owns a famous shrine, rich with history. There, he has been over-protected for the majority of his life. Due to his unique appearance and blessings, some shrine-goers have taken to praying to him or asking for blessings, and his parents do nothing to dissuade the practice. Despite this, he is not actually a living god or the like.
The family believes in following traditional medicine and practice, while Valerian has strayed somewhat into being interested in modernization- a fact his family discourages and frowns on. In the last year, he has convinced his family to allow him to attend public school for better learning how to help people in the future. And he is secretly practicing medicine and studying modern techniques to help his father who is suffering from a terminal illness.
Aside from his immediate family, they possess a branch family, who is much more cutthroat than them, and deals more in the underbelly of society. There, he has an older cousin, Felt, with whom he knows more distantly than sharing an overly close relationship with. He has a fiance, a girl he has barely seen a handful of times, as part of an arranged marriage his parents have decided upon for him as well.
Due to his isolation growing up, he is unaccustomed to dealing with others, naive, and very sheltered. However, two friends throughout his childhood would often sneak inside the shrine grounds- Snow and Hyacinth. And Heron, from the Unholy Disorder, saved him once when he snuck out of the shrine and became lost once as a child. As a result, he also looks up to him.

Date: 2024-09-14 16:26 (UTC)Tsukasa is from Imeeji PGAU and as such, his appearance reflects that! Below is a list of some of the features or differences compared to his regular canon self. As a note, some of these abilities will only come back as he regains memories. That includes his unit powers that he possessed before.
- Sun speckless float about his hair and skin as though part of him, and he emits a sort of warm sunshine-like glow beneath the surface.
- Orange-yellow eyes like the sun. If one stares directly into them for too long, their vision will experience the after-effect dots one gets from staring at something too bright. It's not painful or blinding, more of an annoyance, possibly, if anything. They 'set' at night to his regular violet hue, and seem to follow the rising and setting of the sun.
- A sun sigil appears on his forehead whenever actively using his BLESSING or previous unit abilities. It is always there in his animal form but doesn't glow unless using one of his powers.
- Long ears, a bushy tail, and medium-length wings. He also possesses slightly claw-like nails. He can change entirely into a smaller fox-like creature. He normally has control of it, but if ill or his body is overly taxed he might revert into that form as though in recovery mode.
- Naturally attracted to heat and body warmth.
- He has a slight weakness in that his ears are sensitive, as well as the spot right above his tail. If someone pets or strokes his head/ears he feels an increase in affection and compliancy. Not enough to override his sense of reason, but it does somewhat nullify him.
