You should eat more if your body requires it. I know you worried about things before, but as Rose's shepherd, you must be in top form at all times in case of an emergency. It appears that spring is on the horizon, and the animals are appearing again too, so you should be able to find much more.

Incorrect. Blueberries are less filling, have less fiber, and make inferior juice.

They are considered a superfood for a reason, you know. They are full of antioxidants, can lower blood pressure and studies have shown they may help fight against cancer and heart disease. In addition to this, they maintain brain function and may improve memory.

These are only some of their benefits.

More like an interest that grew as I studied nature in general. Fungus is fascinating in the way it interacts with the ecosystem. They're far more interesting in flowers in how they differ and what they're capable of.

Even with harmless mushrooms you shouldn't go around plucking them willy-nilly or you might keep them from growing in that area again.
