Yes. And most blue fruits seem a little more suited to Bluebell. We have the superior fruit, in the end.

Incorrect. Blueberries are less filling, have less fiber, and make inferior juice.

They are considered a superfood for a reason, you know. They are full of antioxidants, can lower blood pressure and studies have shown they may help fight against cancer and heart disease. In addition to this, they maintain brain function and may improve memory.

These are only some of their benefits.
